too many emails

i keep getting emails that say someone has replied to my posts, but i didn't check the "notify when someone replies" box.

It automatically check the 'notify me' box for you when you post on a Discussion Thread - to stop receiving alerts when others post you can go to the thread and in the top right click on 'unsubscribe from this thread'.
